JSE SENS Announcement:
- Zshares RandPlay SENS - 7 May 2009 - Delisting

Unit holders are advised that, subject to approval by the JSE Limited (“the JSE”) and the Financial Services Board (“the FSB”), all ZRNHDG participatory interests listed on the JSE will be redeemed by the Manager, which will result in the delisting and discontinuation of the Zshares RandHedge Exchange Traded Fund. The final terms and date of redemption and delisting will be announced once approval is obtained from the JSE and the FSB.
